I never thought of anything else and I never changed my mind. I didn\u2019t really understand what it was and all the benefits of chiropractic at that age. I guess I\u2019ve learned a lot over the years. To most of the population, I\u2019m a back doctor because let\u2019s be honest, you aren\u2019t going to tell anyone about your constipation, your ED, or your menstrual cramps. These aren\u2019t grocery line conversation topics to say that a chiropractor helped you with. My job is to remove interference, pressure, and irritation from your nervous system. Now for you, that might mean removal of the pain you are experiencing, but it also means a better connection between the brain and body. This means a better functioning immune system, a better functioning digestive system, a better functioning ( you name it). This allows you to perform the way God designed you\u2026 at 100%. He didn\u2019t design you with extra unneeded organs nor did he make you with a drug deficiency. At Southern Style Chiropractic, we move the bone, God does the healing. You can call this quackery, or pseudoscience, or whatever. I\u2019ll just sit back and say \u201cBless Your Heart\u201d and help the next person that walks through my doors.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve often been asked, what is Southern Style Chiropractic? Is that some kind of adjusting technique you use? How come your office isn\u2019t another \u201cfamily chiropractic\u201d office?<\/p>\n<p>Well friends, that\u2019s the point, we\u2019re different!!!<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve been thinking about how to explain the differences. To me it\u2019s something that you will experience more than could be explained. I asked some patients and their answers were\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou really listen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou are focused on me when I\u2019m here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou took the time to get to know me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour attention to detail and the thoroughness when examing me was something I\u2019ve never had before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Southern is not just a location on a map to me. It\u2019s a way of life. I was born in Georgia. I\u2019ve lived most of my life in Georgia and I\u2019ll probably die still here in Georgia. It\u2019s not like I\u2019m going to retire and move up north. LOL. I\u2019d miss the humidity and mosquitoes too much.<\/p>\n<p>I remember seeing a picture that defined a Southerner as a person born or living in the south; gracious, easy-going, slow-talking, friendly folk devoted to front porches, oak trees, cool breezes, magnolias, peaches, and fried chicken. This definition is Southern Style Chiropractic! Our office has a feeling of home. We treat our patients like family and they do the same.
